The Technologist offers technical support for both Small Enterprise and Home Office on two levels, monthly support agreements, or pay as you go. Home Office Assist Our Home Office Assist offers a cost effective, piece of mind service to home workers that require local, professional IT support. Cost is based on a monthly basis Small Enterprise For small/medium size businesses the technologist offers a cost effective IT support service. Help and advice making sure your IT strategy is capable of dealing with your day to day requirements.  A variety of IT Services and IT Consultancy services you can take advantage of. Cost is based on a per PC per month basis All rates apply to the price in pounds per hour between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.30 pm Monday to Friday. We work on the basis of a minimum of one hour and charge per half hour thereafter. We are happy to help outside our normal office hours subject to availability, we charge a supplement of 10 pounds per hour for weekday evenings and weekends. Payments can be made by cheque, standing order, Paypal. there is a 3.5% charge for Paypal. All prices are subject to VAT * £8 per month includes 5 calls per month between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.30 pm Monday to Friday. ** £10 per month includes 5 calls per month between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.30 pm Monday to Friday.
